If you have been all in your head or training hard then incorporating some lovely stretching and opening movements can be a game changer.
Join me as we work through a short grounding exercise and then move through the whole body in a beautiful moving sequence.
This is one to save for the days where you want to move your body but aren't up for a hard, heavy workout.
