If you're body is feeling stressed one of the best ways to support it by slow, gentle and intentional movement.
It can be easy to skip the stretch in any workout because we don't think of it as important or ‘doing much’ but really, nourishing our body with all kinds of movement is important.
Stretching helps us to release tension, increase flexibility and support healthy movement. So this month we're making it a focus. You can do this one after a short workout from the library or as a standalone session on the mat. Make it work for you and enjoy!
