This session is all about building strength, endurance, and confidence through controlled, full-body movement. The addition of hand weights brings extra challenge, if you have a block this will also give you extra support, feedback, and deeper connection to your form — though everything can be adapted if you don’t have one (hand weights come in handy!). Expect a steady burn rather than fast-paced intensity: the kind that leaves you feeling strong, capable, and quietly proud of what your body can do.
