I won't lie to you, cardio used to be my least favourite c-word but once I discovered Barre I finally found a way to make it fun! We'll be working though some Barre inspired cardio movements in just 10 minutes. These are great, low impact and effective movements which can be tailored to you so feel free to turn up the heat or take it slower depending on how you feel!
