Working our lower body and core helps us to feel more balanced and strong in day to day life so this month feels like a perfect time for it. You can think of this session as some time on the mat to get grounded and present whilst you centre yourself in the movements designed to make you feel powerful.
There's some work on your wrists at times so if you find that doesn't suit you remember to use fists instead of flat hands or opt to do the movements from a standing position instead.
