This months workout is designed to get your whole body feeling strong and powerful.
If you have 1-2kg weights get them ready, if not you can substitute with bottles of water, cans of beans or just good old body resistance.
Prepare yourself for some juicy moves that will get your muscles working. As always there is alternatives offered if any of them are too spicy or not suited for where you are at.
The main thing is to focus on enjoying that feeling of challenge and power, you're going to feel great by the time we finish!
