We're blasting away the cobwebs with a juicy cardio Barre-based routine that will leave you lying in a pool of your own endorphins!
This workout is great if you haven't done any cardio in a while but really feel like you need to get your body moving and your energy flowing. We'll be getting that heart rate up and getting those stress levels down.
Keep it at your own pace and if you do a better job of staying on your feet than I do then consider it a win!
