7 Day Challenge 2020 - Day 6 - Back. One of the biggest things that people come to my classes to address is back problems. Sore spines, achey lower backs and tight chests. Pilates can help to reduce back pain and encourage strength and mobility of the spine. Today we're going to be working to build on our back, ensuring that it is as flexible as it is strong.
