Take some time to reconnect back with your body with a combination of stretches, Pilates movement and tapping. This workout is designed to wake up your body and give it a much needed stretch, releasing whatever you no longer need that may be holding you back. By combining tapping and integration of meridian massage you'll be able to reduce cortisol and increase blood flow, a perfect way to reset.
